The Annealer

This is a 5' long, 3' wide and 2' tall coffin annealer with 2 top loading doors.  It is made of 1 1/2 inch angle iron welded frame with aluminum diamond plate siding.   The 2 Counter weights, cable, pulleys, and wall hooks are included.  

It has 1 inch back up board insulation with 2 1/2 inches of 2300 degree kiln brick , the lid is made up of 2 1/2 inches of high temp fiber board. It runs on 3 elements with a total of 36 amps at 240 volt, along with a fuji digital controller that holds 2 programs.
