Bead Annealers
All of our kilns are built by glass people for glass people. They are designed with the bead maker, fuser and PMC worker in mind. These are not your run of the mill factory built kilns. We build them to last through years and years of use, we don't just build them, we use them. Every kiln is built to order for each customer.
All of our kilns feature:
High grade 1/8" aluminum casings, not a thin venire.

Welded and bolted, not just folded together.

No paint to burn off or discolor. Will not rust.

Two handles on the top ends of the kiln for easy transport.
Durable all high temperature kiln brick interior, not fiber blanket.
Tall 4" doors made from the same sturdy aluminum as the casing.

Tough stainless steel piano hinge runs the length of the door

Doors that are heavily insulated with high density bonded fiber board. You won't have any fiber blanket flopping around spreading dust all over your work or work space.

Mandrel gaps under the doors, so doors stay fully closed with your work or preheating rods inside without having to leave your doors ajar.

The Short Guy
Just as powerful as our other kilns, this is our space saving model. It is recommended for shorter work sessions, or smaller workspaces. This is a great choice for the beginning hobbyist.

Add Features to Your Kiln
The Punti Door
This is a small door in the bottom of your existing door. This gives you flexiblity when you need to garage things, or preheat larger objects.

The door is 1 1/4 inches tall, and runs the full length of your kiln door.

Door has a sturdy handle that is away from the heat of the kiln.

You can retrofit your current Glass Hive kiln with this feature.

Our Layaway Plan:
Your first payment locks you into the price at the time, including any sale occurring at that time. It won't go up or down.
The layaway plan is very relaxed. Make a payment of any size to open an account. Make additional payments when you want for as much as you'd like. When the kiln is paid off, we build it and send it out to you. No interest or deadlines. There is no fixed payoff date. Basically, it's your plan!
